Travel policy for Guest Speakers

As a Guest Speaker invited by Nexus Luxembourg, your transport to and from Luxembourg will be covered by Nexus Luxembourg, subject to our Guest Speaker travel conditions.

As a general rule, speakers are asked to book and pay for their own transport. Nexus Luxembourg will reimburse eligible travel expenses upon submission of the required receipts and supporting documents, in accordance with the applicable travel conditions.
